Doorstep Sites is the trading name of a UK sole trader registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, who is the data controller for information covered by this notice.
Public business information from Google listings (business name, address, phone, opening hours, photos and reviews) to build preview websites. If you contact us: your name, email and messages. If you buy: billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
To offer and build your website (legitimate interests), to deliver what you buy (contract), and to keep tax records (legal obligation).
Unpaid previews and the data behind them are deleted after 30 days. Customer records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.
Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Stannp (printing and posting letters). Some are outside the UK and use approved safeguards.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to us contacting you, by emailing hello@doorstepsites.co.uk. We'll stop straight away. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
