These terms apply when you buy from Doorstep Sites, the trading name of a UK sole trader.
Previews are free and carry no obligation. Unpaid previews are removed after 30 days.
The one-off price covers building your site with up to 5 pages and connecting it to your web address. We aim to go live within 48 hours of payment and of receiving anything we need from you (such as access to your domain). Unlimited changes are included before launch, and small changes for 14 days after.
Hosting is included for the first 12 months, then £60 a year, or included in the £19 a month care plan. The care plan can be cancelled any time and runs to the end of the paid month.
Once paid, the site design and content are yours. Photos and text you supply stay yours. If you leave, we'll send you the site files.
If we can't get your site live to your reasonable satisfaction, we'll refund you in full.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
